Physiotherapist
I work as a senior researcher and physiotherapist in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Viborg Regional Hospital, Denmark. My primary research focus is improving the management of upper limb fractures, particularly shoulder and wrist fractures. In my PhD, I investigated perspectives on rehabilitation in the non-surgical management of proximal humerus fractures. I am active in both clinical and register-based research and engaged in national and international research collaborations in orthopaedics. I have been a part of several NITEP studies, most recently the DeltaCon trial.
