PROMEX (2011)
This is how it all began. Study included patients with 2 or 3-4 part proximal humerus fractures. Patients with 2-part fractures were randomized between nonoperative treatment and plate fixation. Patient with 3- and 4-part fractures were randomized between nonoperative treatment, plate fixation or hemiarthoplasty.

DRIFT (2013)
The Drift trial is a NITEP trial, a randomized, multicenter investigation comparing operative and non-operative treatment for distal radius fractures (DRFs) in patients aged 65 and over.
CAST POSITION TRIAL (2016)
Cast position trial is a pragmatic NITEP trial; a randomized, multicenter trial that compares the two commonly used cast immobilization positions of distal radius fracture; volar-flexion ulnar-deviation (“Cotton-Loder”) and functional cast position in primarily successfully reduced, dorsally displaced DRFs in patients aged 65 and older.

DeltaCon (2020)
The Nordic DeltaCon Trial is a multicenter, randomized controlled study designed to compare reverse total shoulder arthroplasty (RTSA) with non-operative treatment in older patients (aged 65–85) suffering from displaced proximal humerus fractures (PHFs)
Accelerometer project (2024)
This project involves a secondary analysis of our previous randomized trials. Several of these trials have included accelerometer-based activity measurements, and this project will examine how these objective measures are associated with patient recovery and other clinical and patient-reported outcomes.
DISCLOSE (2025)
The DISCLOSE trial aims to evaluate whether casting without prior closed reduction is equivalent to casting following closed reduction
